F.N.B. Capital Corporation is a wholly owned merchant banking subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation. We provide small and middle market owners, sellers and managers flexible capital financing solutions through subordinated debt and private equity. We partner with small to midsize manufacturing companies by providing experience and knowledge in structured loans and investments, while tailoring transactions to create long-term value for companies. Our customers benefit from the expertise and resources of a large financial institution, while still enjoying the flexibility of a community bank.

F.N.B. Capital Corporation’s geographic footprint includes Pennsylvania, Ohio, Tennessee, and Florida; but will selectively consider companies beyond this area as well. F.N.B. Capital Corp. looks to place between $1MM and $7MM in subordinated debt and/or preferred equity to help mature or emerging companies who are seeking financial capital for:

1) Strategic acquisitions
2) Management/partnership buyouts
3) Growth Capital
4) Facilitation of intergenerational or other ownership transitions.

We also have the ability to partner with First National Bank or any other senior lender and can investment amounts larger than $5MM by partnering with our advisory board. Our typical investment time horizon is between 3 to 7 years.
