Michael A. Monteleone is Managing Partner of Point Lookout Capital Partners. Prior to founding Point Lookout Capital Partners, Monteleone was a managing director for Harbourton Enterprises, a New York-based investment company where he was responsible for the firm’s private equity investments. Prior to Harbourton Enterprises, he was a founding partner of First Dominion Capital, a New York-based merchant banking and asset management business that specialized in providing capital to leveraged, non-investment grade, middle market companies.
Since its inception in 1997 until its sale to Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. in 2000, First Dominion Capital provided over $600 million in capital to a variety of businesses and had originated collateralized debt obligations totaling approximately $2.5 billion. Prior to First Dominion Capital, Monteleone worked for the New York-based Indosuez Capital, the merchant banking arm of Credit Agricole Indosuez. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
