James J. Cesare is Managing Partner of Point Lookout Capital Partners. Prior to joining Point Lookout Capital Partners, he was an attorney with Thelen Reid & Priest, LLP in New York where he focused on private equity transactions, middle market mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings totaling over $10 Billion.

Cesare has advised clients over a broad range of industries, including the entertainment, defense, energy, manufacturing and medical sectors. In addition to his domestic transactional experience, Mr. Cesare has also been extensively involved in international business throughout Europe.

In 2004, Mr. Cesare relocated to Paris where he engaged in private equity investments for Natexis Private Equity’s venture group, Spef-Venture, a division of Groupe Banque Populaire. Mr. Cesare received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
